Nourish Your Body and Satisfy Your Taste Buds: Delicious and Nutritious Recipes Using STAIT Superfoods

Introducing three delicious and nutritious recipes that will keep you feeling energised and healthy!

Each recipe is easy to make and perfect for busy people who want to eat healthy but don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. We have included recipes for a smoothie, homemade chocolate and nutty cacao balls, each of which can be made in less than 30 minutes. These recipes are not only delicious, but they also provide essential nutrients and energy to help you stay energised and healthy throughout the day.

Super Berry Smoothie

First, our smoothie recipe is the perfect blend of healthy fats, antioxidants and essential minerals. Made with purified water, hulled raw hemp seeds, extra virgin olive oil or macadamia oil, berries, and STAIT Superfood, this smoothie is sure to satisfy your taste buds and nourish your body.

Ingredients

  • 200ml purified water
  • 1 tablespoon of hulled raw hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or macadamia oil
  • 1 handful of berries
  • 1 tablespoon of STAIT Superfood

Place all ingredients in a blender. If it’s looking a little too thick, add more water, pour into a glass and enjoy.

Superfood Chocolate

Next, our homemade chocolate recipe is a delicious and healthy alternative to store-bought chocolate. Made with raw cacao powder, unrefined virgin coconut oil, cacao butter, maple syrup and STAIT Superfood, this chocolate is sure to be a hit with chocolate lovers everywhere.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup unrefined virgin coconut oil
  • 1 chunk of cacao butter (about half the size of the palm of your hand)
  • a generous splash of maple syrup (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of STAIT Superfood

Melt and miix all the ingredients together in a double boiler (i.e.a bowl situated above a pot of hot water simmering on the stovetop). When all the ingredients are combined, pour the chocolate in to a dish and then place in the fridge to set.

It’s a great recipe to experiment with. You can add hazelnuts, walnuts, macadamia nuts, sultanas to the chocolate before placing in the fridge to set.

Nutty Superfood Cacao Balls

Finally, our nutty cacao balls are an easy and delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Made with walnuts, macadamia nuts, Medjool dates, cacao powder, STAIT Superfood, unhulled tahini, raw coconut oil, and shredded coconut, these balls are perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon STAIT Superfood
  • 1 tablespoon unhulled tahini
  • 3 tablespoons raw coconut oil (liquid form, so please heat on a very low heat to melt)
  • ¼ cup dried shredded coconut
  • optional extra: a tablespoon of maple syrup

Mix together all the ingredients (except the dried shredded coconut) in a blender. In your fresh clean hands, roll the mixture in to little bite sized spheres. Coat with the dried shredded coconut. Put in the fridge to set. After a few hours they will be ready. Sit back with mug of STAIT Tea for Sleep and relax.
