How Former Australian Special Forces Soldier, Scott Evennett, Takes Charge of His Mental Health

Scott Evennett served within the Australian Defence Force from January 2005 until October 2012. In 2008, Scott successfully completed selection into the Special Forces and served as a Commando within the Second Commando regiment until his retirement from active service in 2012. After leaving the military Scott set about establishing his fitness, high performance & mental development business ventures – The Commando Tough training facility and military styled selection events that were awarded local business of the year within the first 12 months of operations. Everyday, Scott continues to motivate and inspire others by sharing his mindset and positive energy on social media. Maintaining his mental and physical fitness standards at the highest level continuously as an example.

"Let me shoot straight, I believe most people will search for a solution when they truly desire a positive change to an area of their life. For me, as a former Australian commando and current veteran, mental health and the continuation of being physically able to perform at my best is at the top of my list.

"Without my health and wellness in check, and in control, I’m not much good to anyone. Right? This is where STAIT for Men comes in as a killer ally on the battlefield.

"Each and every-time my mental health has decreased, and I’ve felt flat and low, STAIT for Men has empowered me to get back in control. My sleep improves, my energy is recharged, and I feel more like my positive self, ready to take on the world.

"It doesn’t take long before you realise that this product is one that should be a part of your lifestyle for good."
